    Our services include general construction, roofing, impact windows and doors, plumbing, pools, exteriors (fences, driveways, pavers and backyards) and interiors (kitchens, bathrooms, tile and flooring) for residential, commercial and renovation projects. One team handles your project from start to finish. Construction services are contracted and performed by Avrax Impact Windows & Doors Corp., a licensed Florida contractor.

    Do you handle permits and inspections?

    Yes. We work with licensed architects and engineers on the drawings, prepare the product approvals, pull the building permits with your city or county, and coordinate the required inspections through final approval.

    What does "Miami-Dade approved" mean for impact windows and doors?

    Miami-Dade County reviews and tests hurricane-protection products and issues a Notice of Acceptance (NOA) for products that pass its large- and small-missile impact and pressure tests. Products installed in Miami-Dade must carry a valid NOA, and elsewhere in Florida a Florida Product Approval. We give you the NOA or product approval number for every product in your quote.

    Can impact windows or a new roof lower my homeowners insurance?

    Florida law requires insurers to offer windstorm mitigation discounts. Impact-rated openings and roof features such as roof-deck attachment and secondary water resistance are items a wind mitigation inspection can document. The size of any discount depends on your insurer and policy, so ask your agent and schedule a wind mitigation inspection after the work is complete.

    How long will my project take?

    Timing depends on the scope, permit review in your city and material lead times. Your written proposal includes a project timeline so you know what to expect before you sign.

    Do you offer financing?

    Yes. Financing available for qualified customers through GreenSky, and pool financing through Lyon Financing, subject to credit approval. Ask for financing when you request your free estimate and we'll walk you through the options.
